Visit Britain accredited 4* rated guest house. A 19th century Lakeland stone
terrace cottage, it is ideal as a romantic getaway for couples looking for
comfortable and affordable accommodation in Windermere,
the heart of the English Lake District.
The
guest house is personally run by its owner, Leigh Giles, and is the
perfect accommodation base from which to explore the stunning scenery
and natural beauty of the Lake District.
Situated
in a quiet residential area close to Baddeley Clock Tower, the midway
point between Windermere and Bowness, Montfort Cottage is just a 10
minute walk from either village and their abundance of shops,
restaurants and traditional pubs, and a short distance from Lake
Windermere itself.

Breakfast basis, giving guests a choice of tariff to suit their
requirements, with prices starting from just £25.00 per person per

Buttermere - our
newly refurbished superior double en-suite room, situated on the ground
floor. This room features
a 32" LCD TV with built-in Freeview, a DVD player and an oak wood
laminate floor.
Buttermere is the only
bedroom where guests have the option of having breakfast in their room

Parklands Country Club in Bowness
during their stay, so don't forget to bring
