Afternoon Tea at Montfort Cottage

After a long hard day climbing mountains, spending all your hard earned money in the quaint village shops and walking around for what seems like miles and miles (and probably is!), why not treat yourself to Afternoon Tea in the Breakfast Room on your return?

Served between 4pm and 6pm, it's the ideal way to chill out and relax before venturing out to sample the local nightlife.  Just book your Afternoon Tea when having breakfast. If you would like Afternoon Tea on the day of your arrival please phone or e-mail Leigh to book your table, giving at least 24 hours notice.

Afternoon Tea

A freshly made sandwich made with your choice of filling from the following selection, on either thick sliced white or wholemeal bread:

Mature Cheddar Cheese & Tomato Chutney, Egg Mayonnaise, Smoked Salmon & Cream Cheese, Sliced Roast Ham or Turkey - served with a salad garnish and crisps  

A fruit scone served with clotted cream and blackcurrant jam or a fresh cream chocolate éclair

Tea, Coffee, Hot Chocolate, Orange Juice or Still Mineral Water

 All this for just £4.95 per person
